Jess Eubanks - State Farm Insurance Agent

I absolutely love Jess Eubanks office! Vanessa is always amazingly quick to respond to questions and get me anything I need! I definitely recommend them for car, renters or home owners insurance.

We have used Jess Eubanks for insurance for multiple vehicles on individual policies, and our home for many years. State Farm decided to bundle all our vehicles together on one big policy, and we did not want that. So we began taking our business elsewhere, one vehicle at a time, and our home. But basically, when there was only one vehicle left there, they canceled it prematurely, with a month left. They also have gotten increasingly higher, as we saved over $800 a year, on our home, with better coverage. Their actions were very petty considering all the business we have given them over many years.

They also help us make the best decision on our policies to make sure the coverage is adequate for what we are insuring. They make you feel like family and will take great care of you.
