Ive been doing buisness with jerry for years, with no issues. He finds me better deals than i ever could. Highly reccomend if your in need of insurance.

I’ve had direct, personal service from Jerry and his staff for 15+ years. They’ve been terrific and I’ve recommended him to many friends.

Terrible customer service. Calls and emails are never returned but if I'm finally able to speak to someone, they make promises to call me back and never do. I've missed out on discounts that I should have been receiving since 2021. In my last attempt to get an answer from Jerry Murdock and/or his admin support, I've been trying since 2/26/2024 to get an answer and/or resolution about my policy and now, two months later, nothing. I've been a client with Jerry Murdock since 1/4/2021 and it's been this way the entire time. I have a friend who is also a client and it has been the same way for her. I'm looking for a new broker but he/she will not be able to go back to correct the errors; only from the time I become a client.

Awful customer service, take your business else where. Reached out to Jerry for a quote and we found a mistake on my wife's driving report. Had the documentation to prove the mistake but Jerry and his staff have since gone dark, three weeks and no response to emails or voicemails.

Exceptional service. Knowledgeable staff and Jerry supports his clients.
