We’ve been with State Farm since 1982 and with Jerry McCarthy and Karyn Jarvis for decades. Life happens and through it all Jerry, Karyn and State Farm have always been there to help. When the stuff of life has happened and we needed to use our insurance, State Farm has always kept up their end of the deal, which because Karyn and Jerry had our backs, was always a relatively smooth and efficient process. Jerry McCarthy is a great, great State Farm agent! Any time I have reached out to him, either by email or phone, he's always quick to respond and helpful to provide answers or recommendations. He's personable, always asking about your life and your family, and really wants his clients to be happy. I can't recommend him more! Even if I can't reach him, his employees are quick to respond with an answer or to let you know he'll get back with you soon. You're missing out if he's not your agency. He's the best State Farm agent I know!

We purchased a new car and transferred our current car insurance to a family member. Karyn Jarvis was our point of contact and she did an amazing job with establishing new auto insurance policy, and existing policy. Friendly, professional, and proficient. We also have our home owners policy as well with Jerry McCarthy.

Karyn has taken care of all my insurance needs for my home, a rental house, and four cars for at least 8 years. I would never use anyone else! Karyn goes above and beyond to help with the MANY issues I've had during that time. It doesn't matter what problem I've encountered in my life, (and there have been a lot!), Karyn has always patiently discussed all my options and quickly and professionally come up with a cost effective solution. On the rare occasion that Karyn has not been in the office, Jerry has quickly replied to my calls and helped in any way he can. I can't say enough amazing things about Karyn and Jerry and I would recommend them to anyone.
