Jerome Crayton - State Farm Insurance Agent

My car was stolen on January 13, 2026. I informed the insurance company, but they didn't care. I went there multiple times, sent messages and emails, but they never called me. When I tried to cancel the insurance, it felt like they were making it hard for me. It's my right to cancel since my car was stolen. I paid for six months in advance and want a refund for the unused portion. I'm completely dissatisfied.

I have been a customer with the Jerome Crayton State Farm agency coming up on one year next month and they have been nothing but helpful with the best customer service always willing to provide assistance when requested. I even had my first comprehensive accident in March 2024, and Sharie Crayton helped me through the entire process. I had no idea what was required and what the process entailed, but she educated me and made sure that she spoke on my behalf and delegated with other departments such as the vehicle rental company, and where my vehicle was going to get fixed and serviced (caliber collision). The team here is incredible. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful when you call in. One time I forgot and missed a payment on my policy. Jerome’s team called me to see if I was okay and if I needed anything. The truth was I had COVID and If not for the call and personal attention, my policy could have cancelled. They are always there to answer any questions and provide explanations of the policy coverages when you need them. When you go into the office it’s so very welcoming and a very nice open space. They really make you feel at home especially Sharie, she is so Knowledgeable and simply the best at listening and helping out. She is like a counselor and the most patient person you will ever speak with. She helped tremendously with my claim, not sure what I would have done without her. I
