Katie Galbierz was the most helpful person! I had never gotten my own car insurance, as I was just paying my mother when I was attached to hers. I didn't know anything about all the lingo, and Katie patiently talked me through everything for a whole hour (!!) just to help me understand everything, even when she knew I wasn't ready to purchase any insurance since I was still shopping around. She then called in a couple times later just to check, but never made me feel rushed as I was so busy with my new job I just didn't have the time to compare quotes.
