She’s lying. We contact each client when we receive their renewal and let them know whether the premium went up or not. If so, we quote all of our companies and contact our clients within 2 business days with the results of this work. This person rarely responds to our voicemails or emails. We keep meticulous records of these interactions. She was with us for eight years. She wants to blame me personally for her home insurance going up. She was belligerent with me on the phone. I told her home rates went up significantly due to 40 year record high inflation recently and the worst weather related claims year on record for our area. This business was handing my home and auto insurance as a package for the last several years. The last few years, I contacted the Owner, Mr. Jensen, to ask him to put a note on his calendar to check my insurances when the time was right and to look/search for a better deal for me and he told me okay yes that he would do it. He FAILED. My Mortgage Bank paid the home insurance 3,547 the previous year the Bank explained. The Bank told me that the insurance job was supposed to inform me and the Insurance owner failed to inform me. 134 emails, 22 phone calls, a meal won from my roofing/siding guy that inspected my roof and did siding in 2023, 8 brokers, 2 captive companies for a 2024 renewal. Why was this needed? Because my rate doubled due to a 11 year old roof! Otherwise no claims for 11 years, an insurance X score in the prime and there was only one broker or person who stuck with me for 3 weeks! Ashley from Jensen went above and beyond getting me the lowest rate possible saving me $2,300 in the process when Nationwide tried to double my rate on auto/home. awesome people an very helpful on getting me the right quote tailored to fit what I was looking for. definitely the best broker I've delt with yet. even Called me to tell me they have found a better deal down the road with twice the coverage for half the price so I'm extremely happy with them. only down side is there office is by gigi's an you may be compelled to go eat those dam amazing cup cakes

I would most certainly recommend this place to insure any vehicle you have. They found us cheaper rates than any other place had. I wish we would have insured our vehicles with them years. Would have saved us so much money.
