Noticed my insurance bill had increased for my monthly payment and Trista, a new employee, was able to explain why--umbrella policy had doubled because of so many claims in Nebraska with low population to absorb the costs. She also gave me some good news that in March our car insurance rates will go down. Trista is an asset to this office which has been my home insurance agency for the last 25 years. Customer care is always the highest!
