Whenever I have questions or matters that require attention, Jennifer’s office is always responsive and helpful.
You send me a letter with my name and a picture of my house on it? I'm not even the home owner. I'm just a resident. Is that not weird to do? Should that not weird people out and encourage dislike for your marketing strategy? 1 star for this expensive and shameless approach to getting people's attention. Shame on you. Very strange approach.
I've had an excellent experience with this office. I moved out of RI and wished I could have kept Allstate. High five to Jennifer Nappi and her team!
