Working with Joel has been a pleasure. He is extremely educated in the business of insurance. Joel has a wonderfully friendly personality and built rapport almost immediately. I thought this was really important quality in finding an agent. I would trust him and Jennifer Matthews agency with any of my insurance needs.

Abhorrent service. We've been fighting to get a claim approved for over eight weeks despite having receipts, photos, videos and more. We've been repeatedly told."we are working on it and we'll have it approved next week" for TWO MONTHS. Take your business absolutely anywhere else for a better experience. Shoutout Adrian and Jennifer by name for being liars on timelines.

There were supposed documents that needed signing. I was never notified until I realized I was being overcharged hundreds of dollars every month for several months. I was told I would be getting a refund once the documents were signed but was still being overcharged after I signed the documents. Then they told me I would not be getting a refund. Instead they offered me a measley $150 gift card, Which I never received. When I brought it up to the agency months later, they try to offer me $25 gift card instead. Crooks, liars. Stay away from this agency. They will pocket your hard earned money then blame it on so called documents that needed signing. And will continue overcharging even after you sign their documents.

I walked in here for assistance with my life policy and in hopes of bringing my other personal lines products back to Allstate. I was a customer for many years until my agent retired and without saying a word one day I found out I was left out in the dark without another agent. When I came over to Jennifer Mathews office I was quite excited to have found an agent right around the corner from me. I showed up and the office was closed with a sign that said they’d be back by noon. Ok, lunch time, no problem. I waited until 12:25 pm before calling another agent on the phone who suggested I drive down to their office in Parker. No, thank you too far! Very disappointed ☹️ don’t put up a sign promising to be back at a certain time and then don’t. You’re wasting customers valuable time.
