Jennifer Hazelrigg - State Farm Insurance Agent

We transferred our policies from another State Farm agent that was more interested in sales than customer service. Jennifer and Megan are very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. We prefer to deal with folks like this that give you the information without pushing a particular product or agenda. We've made several changes on our policies since switching agents and have always been treated with respect and understanding. We shop our insurance every 2-3 years, and State Farm has always come out quite a bit ahead of the competition, but YMMV.

Jennifer has been my insurance agent now. For the better part a twenty years. She and her staff have been nothing less than a pleasure to work with. I can honestly say every turn they have exceeded my expectations on service. Everything from walking me through what to do after blowing too. Tires on the highway to being there for me. After my daughter was in a car accident where her car was totaled. You're not going to find a better insurance agency at all. Thank you all for being there for me.

Jennifer and her team have helped me a lot since I switched agents , so this is still new, but her team have extremely helpful and prompt with their replies and help. If you have a problem, Jennifer listens and takes care of it and she makes you feel heard and listened to. I look forward to working with her in the future.
