I recently had a question about a claim and was promptly greeted by Tara. Tara answered my questions after I had explained what I was needing and then brought me to Cindy, who handles all their claims. Cindy helped me take pictures of my son and myself and even emailed them on to the claims specialist that was dealing with our case.
