Everyone in the office is so kind and helpful, it’s never an inconvenience to call the office if you have questions or need something updated. My price for car insurance is SO much lower than what I was previously paying at a different company. I moved states and switched to State Farm. They made the process so smooth and easy. Will never use a different car insurance company. I also have their renters insurance and the price is crazy low. Couldn’t be happier!!

I’ve known Jen for many years working with her before she became an agent, so when she became a State Farm Agent I jumped at the chance for her to represent me. I’ve been with for the better part of a decade and her agency has always provided excellent service. Jen and her staff are good people and they will treat you right. If you’re looking for a good neighbor, give Jen a chance.

Used to have my car covered underneath them, mind you I haven’t been a customer in 2 years, as I don’t have the vehicle I had when I was under their coverage, nor live in Maryland anymore. Like clockwork, I get calls, weekly. Asking to give me a new quote in hopes to regain me as a customer, and every time I nicely tell them I don’t have a vehicle anymore as well as to remove me from their call list. Every week, I get calls. It’s not enough for me to just tell you- so please, if you any reviews at all, please stop. It’s harassment at this point. I was a customer, You have my name, look up my number and lose it. Please for the last and final time, I’m exhausted, I’m not asking, I’m not begging, I’m telling you plainly- Stop. If you have to harass people then your coverage was never worth it

I was nervous about calling and setting up Insurance again, as soon as I called I was greeted by Whitney on the other end. I went from feeling nervous and rambling to feeling calm as if i was just talking to a friend. Knowing Whitney has also assisted my Mom and is very kind I knew I was in good hands. Whitney made sure I had all of the important information and compared quotes helping me know what exactly I’d be paying for. Very happy with my experience and excited to now have State Farm insurance.

Jenn and her team are very responsive and easy to work with. The process of switching to State Farm was painless, and they saved me significant $$$! Highly recommended!
