Jeff Zuspann - State Farm Insurance Agent

In my 20 plus years of buying insurance, I think I used every major insurance company in one way or another. The biggest difference about State Farm from its competition is Jeff Zuspann in Middletown, DE. I have been using Jeff for about 5 years and in my experience Jeff has exhibited a customer first attitude which I haven’t seen from other agents. Over the course of my relationship with Jeff, I had to call him to discuss claims and was so impressed with his level of response and concern over my situation. He suggested ideas and even got me in touch with a contractor to resolve my issues (by the way, the contractor was just as professional as Jeff). I have increased my insurance exposure with State Farm because I trust Jeff Zuspann and what he stands for – giving customers

Everyone that works in this office is always ready to help and very knowledgeable. Giving me great tips on how to save money on my insurance to how to properly file a claim.

Although the visit here lasted for more than an hour, all the problems were resolved and the service provider was good.
