Jeff Whaley Jr - State Farm Insurance Agent

I absolutely love Mr. Whaley and his entire staff. I have been with them ever since I moved to Illinois, about 13 years or so now. The customer service and personal touch that this office provide is just beyond amazing. I am not always a fan of corporate State Farm help when you call the main line, but EVERY time I need help Mr. Whaley and his staff have been quick to respond and they go the extra mile. I believe in giving credit where credit is due. If you are considering an office, I highly recommend this one.

Not sure how to rate insurance, hate to spend the money on it but can’t go without it. Everyone that I’ve spoken to at this location is friendly and quick to respond to my questions. I think the raising insurance rates are ridiculous and has made me to start checking around with other companies. They want to blame the increase in car prices and the increase in natural disasters. I think it’s about time these companies start to rethink how or if they continue to insure people in California, Florida & other higher risk states so the rest of us across the country aren’t constantly paying for their disasters since they chose to live in a fire/hurricane zone.

I was initially nervous and confused about insurance before consulting with Mr. Whaley, but now, I feel that I have a better understanding of the policies and he helped me with choosing the best one for my situation. He cares a lot about his clients, highly recommended!!
