I made the mistake of giving them a little too much info and, BAM, before I knew it, they helped their self to my escrow and put ins on my home, they didn't even bother to ask me how much coverage I wanted, THEN, the nightmare began, they wanted me to replace a perfectly good working hot water heater, I spent hundreds on new front entry steps because they didn't look good enough for them and they hounded me every day about it as if I could wave a magic wand to have someone do the work, NOW, they wanted pictures of everything from me, not once, not twice, not three times, this went on for several weeks sending them pictures over and over, and after a few months of driving me nuts and giving them everything except the water heater, they cancel my insurance, I would get my ins from China befo

We could not have asked for better service. We had a very difficult situation, and Kristina worked with us for months to help us find the best coverage she could. She went above and beyond. That girl has patience! Would unequivocally recommend them!!

Very friendly and experienced staff!!
