Erin was soooo smooth and quick. It’s been 9 days since I could not get my insurance ID and as soon as I gave my name she pulled it up right away. It should be enough to give first and last name and policy number to get insurance ID. Asking home address, DOB and other stuff sounds so creepy and I don’t have to share all that stuff on the every time. Please, work more professional.
