Have a professional review your policy. Harley Davidson talked me into using this company since USAA doesn’t insure motorcycles. I was paying for top tier insurance (so I thought) but didn’t have uninsured coverage. So when I needed it, I was ON MY OWN. BUYER BEWARE

Got nothing but good things to say about Jeff Ard and his office! My last review I mentioned that to try and give notice if autopay things don't go through send emails even text messages just to try to help the customer to keep up with any problems that may occur and to not have any reoccurring problems that's the only thing I've got to add other than that you guys do a great job thank you...

I have been with All-State since I have been driving. Like my father did . That was 55 years ago. Jeff Ard has always been professional & fair with me , just like his father was with my father. There hasn't been any negative issues I can report .

Horrible customer service, cannot reach office anytime. Rate's continue to go up even though no accidents in 30 yrs, 820 credit score, and loyal customer. Switched to Geico online and saved over $100.00 per month. Learned my lesson
