We had our first major car wreck. The car was completely totaled. State Farm came through completely. Medical and car bills paid in a very timely manner. Jed Musgrave's and associates were the best.
Dannika was the best help to us. I went in and she addressed my questions and concerns about insurance for my car and was kind and efficient. She was patient and worked out my payment in a way that worked for me and my policy. I appreciate her help so so much!! She had the best customer service I've ever received at an insurance agency (She deserves a bonus)
We really like all the ladies who work in this office, very friendly, very fast, and efficient. The times we been in their office they have us in mind, that means a lot to us. Very honest woman.
My insurance canceled me for some kind of electric wiring issues and did not get any messages or notifications about canceling the policy. I hope you guys can improve on helping out your customer. The only response I got from you was can't help you and look for other insurance elsewhere.. I wanted to stick with you guys but it was not a fun experience.
