The worst insurance agent you can find. She kept trying to sell me insurance I didn’t need for my business. Every month she would ask me for $550 a month @. my new police through bi berk is $60 a month. She kept telling my I can’t cancel what she wrote even though I didn’t approve it. Then after calling progressive directly and lodging a complaint she called back saying she would cancel. She never did m. she still want close my policy and is giving me bad credit. Take it or leave it it sounds unbelievable but it’s true.
They're an insurance company alright.
