Jay he is a great advisor. He listens carefully to our requirements and give us great options. His staff are also great, they keep you update on timely manner and super responsive. I am deeply disappointed with the abysmal service I've received from my insurance agent. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to discuss significant rate increases and explore potential alternatives, my agent has continuously ignored my calls and messages. This blatant disregard for customer communication is utterly unacceptable. As a policyholder, I expect a certain level of professionalism and attentiveness from my insurance representative. However, it appears that my agent is completely detached from both his business responsibilities and the needs of his clients. His failure to return my calls demonstrates a lack of accountability and a disregard for customer satisfaction. Jay is an incredible agent and I highly recommend that you use him for any insurance needs. I just recently bought a new car and had to leave my parent’s plan.
