Jason Plumb: Allstate Insurance

Susan at this office is a blessing to this company. She is so amazing when dealing with clients. She helps you with the best policies for your specific needs and always so kind. I’ve watched her go above and beyond for clients. She is one of the top reasons why I’ve stayed with this company so long. Her hard work and dedication is much appreciated!!! Susan is always the one that's in then office and takes care of my problems for me since Jason works the other offices. Susan Harris has always been very friendly to me when nobody is in we office I'll sit in there and talk to her while she is doing her paperwork then leave when someone comes in I leave so she can take care of them. She and I have become very good friends I have been with your company for 5-8 year's and I've known her a good put of that. But I think Jason is putting to much of a work load on her she's running the whole entire office by her self and I does know how she doe's it. One Strong women!

I've never made an insurance claim before, so I was a little overwhelmed and intimidated. Jason made things so easy! He was so friendly and walked me through the entire (very simple) process. He even called to follow up every step of the way. Although I hope I never have to make another claim, I rest easily knowing that I truly am in good hands with Jason Plumb.

I experienced what I would call gross negligence, having purchased a car that went uninsured for 6 months due to Jason and Susan's negligence. Then I had to pay basically double payments for the other six months to make up for their mistakes. Would NOT recommend. They'll say basically anything to keep things smooth, but then they don't actually get anything done for you. And Susan is incapable of explaining anything.

I’ve was assigned to this agent after mine left All State. This office has not returned one phone call; they are completely unresponsive. Given their lack of customer service & rising rates, I’m shopping for different insurance.
