I’ve been with this insurance agency for over 25 years, and their service has always been outstanding. They are professional, responsive, and truly care about their clients. Recently, they reviewed my policies and found opportunities to save me money while keeping the right coverage in place. I really appreciate their proactive approach and personal attention. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy insurance professionals.

So dishonest! Sent flyer Est Annual Premium $1,200 for my house not zipcode (as agent tried to state on phone).This is a customize estimate. Agent worked up quote and I stated I expected quote to be 20% close to est in flyer. Why would I want to work with a agent that can't even give a good customized est within 20%! Once I got the quote it was 300% more than the est. now $3,600! Can you trust someone who gives a est and then comes back with a quote 300% increase from the est. Either they are dishonest or just plan dumb! Stay away and watchout for dishonest tactics. Whats next not paying a claim! And yes Allstate insurance is 20% more than my current Farmers insurance.

This is the type of agency that tries to attract me as a customer by sending letters with a photo of my house peeking through the window of the front of envelope, and included all the data they personally had about my house and (incorrectly) stated that their "records indicate that [my] home insurance is about to renew". So, probably a great option if you wished more businesses were run like they were shady used car dealers.

Sending me pictures of my house in the mail that I didn’t approve of, somehow knowing my home insurance is about to expire. Giving me a rate and costumer ID without me asking. Idk how they got my personal data but I do not approve and they need to delete it.

I currently have a motorcycle policy with your company. Two months ago, I spoke with Austin regarding lowering my premium. He informed me that beginning the following month, my bill would decrease from $56 to $45.99. However, it has now been two months, and I am still being charged the same amount. When I called to follow up, I was told this was a miscommunication. I also spoke with David, but instead of resolving the issue, it felt as though he was only trying to cover for the company. This reflects a lack of accountability and customer care, which is disappointing and not what I expect from a company I choose to do business with.
