I was a loyal customer of one of the insurance companies for home and auto for many many years until I recieved a mail from Allstate insurance company particularly from the agency of Mr. Jason Lee. He explained thoroughly the benefits of switching my home and auto policies , not only that I will save money but will also have more options for coverage. Allstate insurance company also gives you incentives for being a good driver that can be used towards your premium. I got excited when I received my first incentive and used the amount to lessen my premium for the month.I am very glad that I took the risk of switching which eventually lead to a favorable outcome. In a panic I contacted Allstate by phone. My homeowner insurance company went out of business and I needed a policy! Kent took such great care of me I asked him to be my agent FOREVER! He was very knowledgeable, and if he could not immediately answer my question he was purposeful in getting back to me. IHe absolutely worked it out for me. I have been with Allstate Jason Lee for a few years after switching over from Farmers when their rates were too high for my then teenage daughter, and I am over all pleased with their services. They are a local office who are there when I need them but truly makes any thing I need easy. Friendly staff, easy to reach and returns your calls right away. I would highly recommend not just Allstate but this location.
