I’ve been with State Farm for over a decade, about 5 of which were with this office. State Farm as a company has always been great, and for the first several years, this office provided good service. Recently, though, it’s been very challenging to get a response. Emails often go unanswered, calls can take multiple attempts, and simple tasks like updating a renter’s policy have required repeated follow-ups. Recently after an unanswered call/voicemail and 2 unanswered emails, I decided to call the 1-800 State Farm line. They were extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and even offered ways to lower my bill. I hope to have a similar experience with a different local agent.

Ever since I got my policy with State Farm the representative Angel has always helped with any questions or needs I've had. She is always very helpful and has patience, and is very thorough in explaining everything I ask. Would recommend her all the time, she is amazing, very polite and always offers the best customer service possible.

Their rates are fair, and having everything (auto, home, and life insurance) bundled together saves me both time and money. The mobile app also makes it easy to access my ID cards, make payments, and file claims on the go. Overall, I highly recommend State Farm to anyone looking for reliable coverage and great customer service.
