I tried to call you to discuss this matter this afternoon but your agency closes early on Fridays. I wonder why you stated in your retort to my review that perhaps I should call you? Are you in a service business as you claim, therefore? Do you deign to call your legally authorized clients/customers? If the answer is "no" then why did you not do your research and reach out to me? In my long career as a commercial banker, I can tell you, sir, I have been required to make frequent very difficult calls.
