Jason Decker American Family Insurance

I've been with AMF since I was 18. Jason and his team have been very good at making sure I had what I needed and explain my policies so I had no question I was getting the best policy for me. I've had several vehicles over the years and they were always so quick to make sure I was covered before I even left the lot. Jason does a great job and anyone who works with him surely won't be disappointed 😉!

My thoughts by the work of Jason. Most I do appove...But I am VERY UPSET by the way he handled my Policy of the Farm in Armstrong Creek. Itr was a policy that I had with him for a long time. JUST my name on it. I received a letter from him with the addition of names. NEVER Did he ask If I would approve such a change. I had to call him when I was informed after all this took Place. I still am at a loss as to what has happened and is that policy is in effect. sincerely Paul Stankevich

Candy is always more than helpful and even at times reminding me of payments she does an excellent job. Jason also is always there whenever you need him.

Mr. Decker and his staff have always been excellent to us. They try hard to find a plan in your budget that covers what you are looking for. They have always been real quick on their response time even on holidays. Totalled our crossover one Thanksgiving day hitting a deer, and Jason's staff called us back the next day. Friendly, informative,and very helpful.

Jason Decker agency has been our American Family agent since he took over for Jim Erickson who we enrolled in American Family policies back in the Seventies. He is a local resident. We are friends with his wife and family. He is very attentive to all our insurance needs. We do think American Family is overpriced in the insurance market but because of Jason we opt to stay with what we have.
