American family has been great to work with. Danielle was very accommodating to our needs and did so in a very timely fashion. We are very happy with American Family!

When I switched to Jared’s location, I initially had a very positive experience. Jared was knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with. Recently, Allstate contacted me and provided a quote that offered better coverage on both my home and auto policies at a lower cost. I reached out to Jared’s office and spoke with Danielle to explain the situation and ask whether my policies could be rerated to match Allstate’s offer. This conversation took place on a Thursday, with my policies set to renew the following Monday. I explained that I needed to make a decision by the end of the day Friday to avoid prorated charges or any lapse in coverage.
