I had a great conversation with Agent Janette! she was full of information and answered all of my questions.I did not feel rushed during our conversation. I would highly recommend Janette and her agency!!

Janette has been fantastic helping Me answer all my questions about my insurance coverage. She explained Everything in great detail and I truly appreciate her for that. Janette is exremely rude when dealing with her. Switched from her office in less than 2 months.

After switching to Janette's office, from Oct '22 through Mar '24, I had no major issues. Then, when I had an urgent question in March '24 about a potential claim and how it might impact my policy, Janette refused to answer my question and called me difficult. In reporting her to coporate, they said I would need to switch to another agent. I explained I didn't have time to wait to process the switch, so they said the claims department could answer my question. Claims then told me I had to open a claim and ask the adjuster. The entire time I repeatedly and explicitly expressed not wanting to open a claim since my questions went to the potential impact of that claim on my policy. TL;DR: Janette should have her license revoked. Because she refused to do her job, I was forced to open a claim
