Janet Tillman - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've been with state farm most of my life. First they no longer would do homeowners insurance in florida so had to find another. Then I ended up with this rep I have never heard from nor can you ever reach anyone in her office. Forget it if you need to put insurance on a new vehicle, they won't call you back, even when done online. So I'll be canceling my policy, if I ever reach anyone there. If not it will just run out as I could care less since I now have another policy with another company. BTW, in response to your reply, my mailbox is NEVER full. And those received are checked and removed almost instantly. You need to fabricate a new excuse. This isn't the first time this has occurred!

I was with State Farm for 27 years Janet Tillman’s office. After comparing auto insurance For the same coverage, I found that Allstate was over $1000 less expensive than State Farm,. I made a decision to go with Allstate. I had paid my premium for State Farm and approximately a week later I asked when my refund check from State Farm would be deposited. I unfortunately had a State Farm representative from Janet Tillman’s ‘s office named HEATHER who explained to me very rudely that it takes three weeks for the underwriting department to cancel my policy and any money that would be returned would be returned by check by mail by the US post office. I acquired as to why it would take that long for the underwriting department to cancel it and secondly, why would it not just be electronically d
