Always polite and kind at this office helping me with my parents insurance. Any issues that ever arose, they took care in helping resolve them as well as go into the reason for certain things. Not just a this and that answer kind of deal like other places do. Would recommend my friends and family.

I greatly appreciate Hester Gullien’s assistance on providing a quote with State Farm. While I have been informed I am ineligible for Homeowners Insurance at this time, she still provided excellent customer service, great attention to detail, and sound advice on other options to look for. I called them thinking that I had to make an appointment to sit down with someone to discuss an auto policy. Nope. Kathryn took the time to do everything over the phone. I didn't feel rushed, I was never placed on hold nor did I ever get the feeling that I was a bother and I had many questions. The whole process took maybe 15 minutes and I ended up switching from my previous auto insurance provider because State Farm was 20% cheaper than my current provider (15 minutes could save you 15% or more - I have been laughing at this statement for the last 5 days) Athough State Farm couldn't write me a policy based on the year my home was built, I completely understood, Kathryn took the time to provide me with other Agents information that could provide that service.
