Jan Kruel - State Farm Insurance Agent

If I could give zero stars, I would! The estate I now oversee had a State Farm policy with Jan Kruel’s agency for years. The agent who handled this policy is Ms. Mary Shanks. I have had a State Farm agent for years without any issues, but for ease, I kept the policy with Jan Kruel’s agency, extending grace and patience that were acknowledged by Ms. Shanks. But after one full year of one mistake after another, that patience and grace were overextended and exhausted. 1. The request for the policy I was paying for was never received 2. A cancellation that I was not aware of occurred because a photo request of the roof was never passed on to me 3. The policy was reinstatement after receiving the photos of the roof, BUT the policy was under the wrong name 4. A refund check for the cancellatio

My rate keep changing every month! Then can’t explain why. Or they “don’t know” who’s changing my policy. I’ve never had this until I was changed to this agent. I’m Changing or just going to cancel all together. My other vehicles on All state & that’s what I’ll be changing to.

Very polite and understand staff. I get suburban service right here at this urban office and I leave their feeling great that I have chosen to work with the right people / agent. They work as a team and make me feel welcomed.

This was one of the first places I called when moving back to Chicago they got me all the information I needed and insurance in no time. they were very helpful very honest and very clear about helping me understand my policy I will recommend this location to everyone
