1-Star Review: Unprofessional and Poor Billing Practices I'm extremely disappointed with State Farm. First, they failed to send me a bill on time, which led to unnecessary confusion and disruption in my coverage. I rely on companies like State Farm to handle billing in a timely and professional manner—this was a basic responsibility they failed to meet. To make matters worse, during a phone call with a representative, I was referred to as "the skinny one" — completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I expect a certain level of respect and courtesy when dealing with any business, especially one that's handling something as important as insurance. Between the lack of organization and the unprofessional behavior, I’ve lost trust in State Farm. I would not recommend them to anyone looking

I absolutely love every person in this office! Very few businesses, treat people with such kindness and understanding these days. If You want an insurance company that is truly there for You and Your Family, State farm is literally the only choice. I refer everyone I know to this specific office but im sure other offices are almost as great as Jayme Kellys office. Probably not as great, but maybe close

The absolute most friendly, caring, and yet professional people to do business with. I would give a 10 if was possible.

I’ve been with Statefarm for so many years, I love Ms.Laurie, shes very knowledgeable and knows her product. She’s easy to talk to and she always explains things that I’m confused sometimes. She’s Very helpful with mine and my 2 children insurances, I also uses them in my small business insurance.. We will be always their clients. I highly recommend to anyone looking for insurance. 💕

Wow. I cannot say enough good things about Laurie and Jamye. They helped me save over 50% on my auto insurance. They were friendly and very helpful. They got all of the needed documentation to me quickly. They are the best! Nothing beats a local agent!
