We’ve been with them for about a year now and they have been great to us, we’ve always worked with Bonnie and each time I speak with her she goes above and beyond to help us out and answer all my questions! We just recently had to make a claim and everyone was super helpful & efficient.. Bonnie is amazing & so kind!

They continue to go up in price. So I found better card insurance for both my vehicles and canceled. They said they have issued a refund check but it never showed up. They just keep telling me I have to wait. I also adjusted my RV to a different policy. It took them a month to make the changes which put me past due before the change was processed. I find it weird you can set up a policy in one day but can’t make a change for a month. When I called each week I had to keep reminding the girl to look into both my refund, which I still don’t have, and my policy change. Also stating she would call me the next week on Tuesday but I had to call her again on Wednesday.

Renee has been such a godsend! Glad to have her helping me through my new auto + renter insurance coverage. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

Jamie got me full coverage on my car at a great price in comparison to other insurance companies. My deductible is lower and I got more coverage for not much more than what I was currently paying.
