I’ve been insured with Jamie since he has been there. He has always treated his clients with respect and is always available to help with any insurance needs or questions. Jamie’s has answered his phone more than any other insurance agent I’ve ever worked with, he cares about his business and the people he has served. I have been insured with State Farm now for like 8 years. This last year, my rates jumped nearly 40%. That is insane especially for someone who made two small claims in those years, one of which State Farm would not pay because I went to a different body repair shop than their choices. Anyway, the jump in price along with stories of State Farm abandoning their paying clients in CA made me go shopping again for insurance. Much to my anger and surprise, I found insurance on my home, two vehicles and camper for $1500 less a year!!! That’s right, $1500 less. If you feel like insurance companies are plowing you, then you’re probably right.

After 26 years with state farm I am filing my first formal complaint and leaving a review. Never have I ever had someone treat me like their personal piggy bank and talk down to me like this. I asked about billing and was told if I don't like it and think I can do better than go there. Welp first call will be corporate and see if they feel the same way he does. My daughter and I pay more than 350 a month for 2 vehicles, and 2 rental insurance policies. So that is with multivehicle discount and student discount. Told me I have to pay for a full month of coverage when there was 4 days left in the month when I got the car. No prorate... so almost $200 for 4 days and he tells me if I don't like it than leave. So he deserves this review and to lose business. Kick Rocks Jamie you need to lear

What a terrible insurance company, she is running her place like a carryout. Incredibly rude and very bad communication skills. Acting like she knows it all. There is hundreds of other insurance companies out there, shoppers be very careful and stay away!
