Jamie Dowling - State Farm Insurance Agent

I would avoid this agency and State Farm at all costs. I’ve been with Jamie and State Farm for many years, and am in the middle of my first claim. It took the adjuster 6 days to come do the estimate and they are only going to pay for splicing the harness as opposed to replacing the harness, which is what the shop strongly recommends. Michael told me he didn’t want to get in the middle of things when I expressed my discontentment. Jamie has had a lazy, indifferent attitude during the whole process. He just told me he didn’t know about the details of their warranty. Their call center for claims was condescending and could have cared less. The service manager at the shop told me State Farm has really gone downhill, and screw their customers over all the time now on claims. Avoid Scammers Far

Michael is, 'The Best' !!! He's good at what he does, goes out of his way in order to meet the customer's needs and is always pleasant... A great representation of the company (J Dowling State Farm)... With this kind of service, I don't see a reason to shop any where else for Auto insurance... I am confident to have made the decision in picking State Farm as my Auto-insurance company.....Plus, I got the best deal in comparison to other competitors... State Farm has never disappointed me. Michael from State Farm has amazing customer service and communication skills. I am one to ask a lot of questions but Michael never had an issue answering all of them ! This was my first time purchasing auto insurance and renters insurance but the process was very smooth due to Michael's professional! He should definitely get a raise !!!!

Jaime has been a delightful insurance agent to work with. He has spent countless hours on researching the best insurance plans for me and my family. He has also recently helped my son get the best rate possibly for his car insurance. This was my son’s first car that he bought himself and Jaime made getting car insurance a pleasant experience and helped him every step of the way.
