As always it starts off great. Which is why I don’t leave reviews right away. I like to gauge a service and see if it’s worthy of five stars. James is/was wonderful when we met knowledgeable and helpful. So I’ll give it 2 stars it’s not terrible. Not great. Getting in touch with this location takes forever. Customer service is sub par. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else. But I wouldn’t not recommend them either. In between on that. Maybe in 6months it’ll improve and I’ll update my review. But being a customer through him for a few years that’s been my experience. So all in all slightly under average experience compared to my other State Farm agents I’ve had in the past. I switched to the James Williams Agency after becoming dissatisfied with my previous State Farm agent. It has been a completely different experience compared to my previous agent. Everyone treats you like they value your business, a refreshing change in today's world. Your phone calls will be returned promptly, even if is after closing time. Monay was especially helpful with finding a way to reduce my monthly cost allowing me to stay with State Farm. I highly recommend the James Williams Agency.
