I was ready to transfer my policy to another location due to frustration with a lack of communication from the this office — but since connecting with Stephanie, she has gone above and beyond at every step. I’m truly impressed and so appreciative of her help!

James White and his staff are incredible. We have been with the office for 20 years, and when our previous agent retired the office transferred to James. From day one he has been outstanding for us. We had a problem that was not our fault, nor his fault, but James went to bat for us, fixing the problem, and he won my loyalty. It isn't often these days that someone will not only give great customer service but that they will go over and above for a client and he did that. His staff is incredible too. I had gotten my estimated escrow in the mail and saw that Insurance went way up. I hadn't reviewed it in a few years. I went into State Farms Office and I spoke to Stephanie. She said something must be wrong. So she looked everything up and found out my Home was insured for almost the twice amount to rebuild it. I know Insurance was cheaper over the years that is why there was a great change. Stephanie did some quick estimating and said she could bring the price way down with the proper amount of coverage for the home replacement cost. She had me fill a form.
