I have had the pleasure of speaking with Chris on more than one occasion. He is extremely personable and does a great job of putting the customer at ease when discussing their insurance issues. Chris has great product knowledge and his industry experience aids him in addressing my concerns. Please recognize his efforts and his value to the Agency.

Employee Chris answered the phone this week when I had some major concerns about the app having conficting information regarding autopay and needing to clarify my policy status. Chris was absolutely condescending and rude, sounding like he was bored with his job, being completely unhelpful, and offering zero solutions. He refused to let me speak to anyone else until I asked 5+ times, and he kept telling me I would be charged more and no one could do anything about it, including the agent. I was able to go online on my own and switch my policy to another agent's office for a cheaper rate. James responded to my email about the issue professionally as directly requested, but I do not believe much will be done about the absolutely atrocious customer service I experienced at his office.
