James Gates was great for me years ago with a major house fire. They are always eager to be helpful when I have questions. They were very helpful with me recently in filing a claim with another insurance company when someone didn't want to pay for the damage they caused to my car. I love the agents at James Gates!
Just don't. We have faithfully paid James Gates for 20+ years with auto & home. When we filed our first auto claim EVER this year with clear evidence of a weather related event, he did absolutely nothing to help get our claim approved & didn't seem to give a care in the world that he would be losing a long-time customer.
I have used James for several years great service and always ready to help with any issues that arise
