Rebecca has been the nicest person I’ve ever had to deal with! She’s incredibly patient and always follows up on my policy changes. She’s also very knowledgeable and works with me to find the best quotes. Even when I call and bother her, she’s still extremely patient and kind. I hope she stays in this office for a long time!

James Daigle has been my agent since I bought my first house in 2010. He has always been very responsive and helpful. He always answers the phone or calls me back. Some surveys ask, 'Would you recommend to a friend' and I can say that I have recommended him to a bunch of friends.

With the passing of my father the details of life quickly approached overwhelming as I began to work through his estate. I couldn't have asked for a better situation, however, when it came to managing his insurance policies. Adriana was amazing in her regard for the help that I needed during that season, assisting with policy renewals, setting up auto-pay, and managing credit card changes over time. She even reached out to notify me when there was a problem with my account. I couldn't be more thankful for all the support and assistance you provided.

Christine is the most helpful person in customer service I’ve ever come across. She works hard, efficiently, and like you’re one of her family members. James’ office is so wonderful and lucky to have her there . I recommend everyone to their office !

This is the worst company with the worst people who constantly lie to keep your bill as high as possible to get as much money from you as they can. On two occasions, Christine, who herself has stated has worked there for a very long time, has told me I can change my policy because I was trying to raise my deductible, not lower it, so it would not be affected by the policy that only allows you to change your policy yearly within a 30 day window. She then backtracked the first time I talked to her in Jan after speaking with daigle her boss. I had just settled a claim with state farm and I believe she backtracked because they wanted as much money back from me as they can get. I just called again because the 30 days is coming up and Christine was adamant that she could change my policy immedia
