Just switched the provider to State Farm and couldn’t be happier with our auto policy. A special thanks to our agent Derek Brown, he is very approachable, attentive, knowledgeable and considerate. From getting a quote to starting a policy the process was quick and smooth.

Been trying to cancel my auto policy for 3 months now and I’m still getting billed. Supposedly they “cancelled” it and said it should take a month but it’s clearly still active. Every time i go in person they say only James can cancel it but he is never there or on vacation according to his staff. Horrible customer servicer service

James Quilty has been our insurance agent for over 10+ years. When it comes to insurance pricing, he’s the best there is. No point in shopping around. He’s always there when I need him, hence why I’ve been so loyal.

Horrible went to get a home policy and they made me pay for the frist month while it went to underwriting for approval. They told me that I would get a full refund if they couldn't cover me but never sent me the check and didn't try to refund me at all horrible service James! Dont let them lie to you!

The ladies and James here at this State Farm location are so friendly and helpful! My family has had our home and auto insurance here for decades, and we've always had great service here with no wait.
