All of the negative reviews are accurate - I just don’t understand why this place is still in business or why corporate Allstate hasn’t done anything about this as it’s a very poor representation! We had been with Allstate for several years, and our rates increased year after year. When we finally decided to shop around, we received quotes that were nearly $2,000 less—with better coverage. When we chose not to reinstate our policy, we sent multiple emails and never received a response. We eventually had to call, and the woman we spoke with confirmed that our emails had gone unanswered and acted as though this was normal and not a concern. If i could give zero stars i would. Extremely unprofessional and rude . Acts like sales person instead of agent trying to help customer. Needed help with quote but when given price i opted out of it as it was high and he acted like i had to take it as he was putting work in it, well that is his job plus he did not want to go over my policies to see if i could get better rate. After more then 20 + years i requested to have another agent re assigned .

Extremely Disrespectful and Unprofessional Behavior We had a deeply disappointing experience with an Allstate representative who spoke down to my wife in a condescending and dismissive manner. What made this interaction even more insulting is that my wife is not only a graduate of North Carolina, but has also worked in cancer research at the prestigious Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center—she is more than capable of understanding policies and asking informed questions. This kind of patronizing tone is unacceptable in any professional setting, especially from someone representing a national insurance company that claims to put people first. I was referred to this agent by a friend and I’ve had him for about three years every year. My insurance rate would go higher. He has the worst customer service attitude possible I would never recommend this person to anyone. He is very rude. I would call with a concern and he would tell me to stop calling or hang up on me yesterday when I finally had enough I asked if I could switch agents and he said I had a callback to Allstate after five and hung up again. So please, if you were looking for a new agent I recommend you stay clear from him. And reading over these reviews, I was the only one who had enough with him.

You are not in good hands with Allstate. When unforeseen circumstances arise, and you have to wait 6 weeks to get the claim approved, or get anything scheduled for work or content reviewed, have multiple adjusters who don’t know what the other is doing it’s clear Allstate is just out to take your money yet not pay out.
