Jack's Insurance

This agency is very weird . The original rep said it would take 2-3 business days or less if I am not mistaken it has almost been TWO weeks and I have not heard anything back. I called and the rep was rude after me asking her what’s taken so long as if it was a problem that I asked. Then she proceeds to say the incorrect company with an attitude like It was causing a problem. Obviously something isn’t right if another person commented the same thing. Do better people!

The most rude people ever deal with in my life, told me they couldn't give me a quote after 5 days that my roof was over 10 years old which is fine, The other a insurance companies,I called told me that in 3 minutes on the telephone took them 5 days Don't waste your time with this company their shouting.. So my advice is don't waste your time and your effort it's not worth the hassle I hope they lose all the business in the world and go bankrupt.

Were originally very easy to work with. Any follow up phone calls, were responded to 1-3 weeks later, if they were responded to at all. I made a call about 10 days ago, and still haven't heard back. Took me over 2 months to restore an insurance policy.

When working with an Excess insurance company refunds must be sent from the carrier back to the agency with proper documentation so we can issue the proper refund amount and remain within our legal requirements. It can take up to 6 weeks for an excess company to process a refund as they have fees paid with the state and filings they must complete for EACH policy. After careful and thorough review of every document pertaining to this file, the documents show we received the refund in question on 11/20/2019 on our carrier's statement, the refund was processed on 11/21/2019 and your refund check was mailed out on 11/22/2019. TERRIBLE customer service. They do not answer the phone, and they won't respond to emails. I sold my home and notified them October 18th and over a month later they still have not refunded me. I called RPS directly and they said Jack's receieved the refund on November 6th. They are crooks. I would stay away from them. Find a company who actually values you and your business because it isn't Jacks. God knows if and when I will ever get my money back.
