I have had Jaci as an agent for 20+ years. Having that personal relationship is something you can't get anywhere else. More recently her daughter has also been added to the team. This mother daughter duo is something very special. So thankful to have real people who you can talk to when something màjor comes up in your life. They have been there many times for my family through the years!! Highly recommend giving them a call. We have auto,life and home all through them wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!

Fifteen years ago, after my mother's death, Mz. Dolhi told me that Erie was cancelling the home owners insurance on the home because they considered it 'abandoned'. I explained that was not the case, that I lived in Plum half the year. I'm now a Pennsylvania resident, at that same home in Plum all these years later. I'm again looking around for insurance quotes due to outrageous premium costs (for my auto coverage on my Colorado vehicles - that I will tag in Pennsylvania if there's enough savings in rates). But I will never talk with Erie or Mz. Dolhi
