Real pieces of work these people. Been parking here for 3 years to pick up kids at 3pm. If it were not for the parents parking, no one would be in this lot. Not exactly struggling for spaces at this time. Today they were sharking for dollars, towed my car, and left me stranded with two kids in 93° heat. I get it, it sucks having a school next door, but how many spots does a commercial real estate agency need at 3pm. How about being communal, instead of confrontational? We all have to deal with the same problems. If these guys treat their community this way, I can't imagine how they treat clients. Not neighborly at all, not sure who you think you are at war with.

I am a real estate attorney and I have had the pleasure on several occasions to work together with Bill and Christine Wikberg to assist clients needing to insure, buy, and/or sell properties. The Wikbergs are experienced and knowledgeable professionals, and most importantly they demonstrate genuine concern and attention to the best interests of their clients.

I was very disappointed with the service received from this establishment. You would think that this man "Bill" as he likes to go by has been in business as long as he has been would not deceive the public, yet that's not the case. He is also a Realtor and in school for realtors, they discuss providing full disclosure. I am sure they discuss full disclosure in insurance classes as well. He had me sign documents without showing me the complete package so I can review the information I was signing off on. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt however, in this circumstance, not only did he fail to provide full disclosure, he lied to my face several times stating that all the mistakes to the application and policy were those of the company he got the policy from.
