I hate doing this but. I had used JR for almost 2 decades and trusted them. A couple months ago I had terrible experience with a homeowners insurance (Lemonade). I chose to change insurance and went through JR to do so. Jerry got a quote that was significantly higher (honestly expected) and essentially told me that was probably the best I was gonna get when i inquired if there was anyone else he coild check. I was gonna think on it before deciding and sitting in the parking lot with a major company that was still an increase but about half the increase of the quote he provided. The more I have thought about the more I feel devalued as a customer.

Jerry is the best. He may look like from the Fonz from Happy Days(TV Show), but he's cool, knowledgeable and funny. Try him! He's the G.O.A.T of insurance!!!!

This is an awful choice for insurance, it’s not worth the money you save. They took my payment and then said my insurance was cancelled and they didn’t know where the payment went , they don’t care they are playing with peoples lives by jeopardizing them while they are on the road. Seems to be a very janky and ghetto establishment and I have only gmhad their insurance 3 months and have had multiple issues.
