IWS

I just purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 XLT from Avis and it was a great experience! I stopped by to simply ask about the price and see what condition the truck was in. I end up leaving with it! Lol The salesman Tim Taylor was great and was a straight forward guy. He told me exactly what I needed to know and was very open about the truck and the process. I was in and out fairly quickly and was stress free the entire time. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them again. Thank you Tim, Angela, and Avis staff.

I've been greatly satisfied and impressed with the service and the professionalism I've received from IWS with my past agreement. My claims were approved with no problems and no delays. Anytime I had to contact IWS I was always treated with kindness and the staff was so helpful and I got the information I was requesting. So when it came time for a new agreement it was a no brainer for me. In renewing my contract I spoke with Joel Perez and he maintained IWS professional service and was very helpful in explaining the new contract and assisting with renewal. I give the service a five star and have recommended IWS to others and will continue to recommend. Keep up the great work.

This is my third time purchasing this warranty. They are excellent no hassle, and it actually works. Unlike other warranty companies where you keep spending money and they never pay out, this one has always covered my claims. Every time I needed assistance, it was taken care of.
