I saw a commercial on tv with Angelica Maria over a year ago, my mother retired this year and this place was amazing, they helped choose the right plan for my mother. She gets $135 cash monthly on a debit card and other perks. I definitely recommend them, they keep checking up to ensure everything is working out for the patient, the reps are very knowledgeable. I recommend Ruby, she's the agent that helps us. Ruby gets 10 stars

This company I DO NOT recommend! The agents never answer there calls or text. They are enrolling members against their well, and the member has no clue whats in their plan. Supposedly they're enrolling members into better plans but it's not! I had to cancel my mother's plans due to her doctor changed and she didn't even know about the change, and nothing was covered. Its misrepresentation of benefits. They don't care about your loved ones. This company is a joke. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. If I could I'd give them zero stars. Poor quality insurance company, going to file a complaint with the CDI IMMEDIATELY! One of the worst agencies out there.

Stopped in and spoke with the receptionist about the service provided by this business. I believe her name is Elizabeth. She answered all of my questions regarding my health insurance needs. Very clear and understandable communication. And I certainly appreciated her kindness and courtesy.

I will never recommend this insurance agency, I called them to applied for my Medicare because I saw the ad in the TV with Angelica Maria and her daughter I thought is these actresses are collaborating with Ivonne Welch in a commercial must to be a respectable place, but no was and still a headache they only care to enroll you but they don"t care about clients benefits only they see in you the sign dollar. I requested in three occasions to speak to Ivonne Welch but I was told she is a very busy person and can"t attend clients, so I asked to speak with her assistance or manager, but they refused my request, the last time I asked was October 15 and Marlyn told me Carlos Atino will contact me but to today October 22, he didn't"t. Nunca voy a recomendar esta agencia a mis familiares o amigo
