I highly recommend using Italiano Insurance Services! This is a local and family-owned agency in Tampa and I have always experienced white glove service from this staff - from their receptionist all the way to its owners. They are very knowledgeable, professional and have always put me at ease by answering all of my questions. They also offer some of the most competitive rates for homeowners and business insurance in the area, which is a huge plus!

I have to say I'm pretty sorry with my experience with this company. They have apparently sold me insurance that they knew I could not use. What's worse? Is it started out with my 70-year-old mother, who I feel feel that they unfortunately took advantage of. Basically, they sold me contents policy on a rental unit.And when I tried to collect, they said that it was only for my personal possessions, not my tenants. I believe they knew it was a rental unit and should have never sold me this policy.

I have been working with Alba Barnard and I could not be more pleased. She has gone above and beyond even after completing our insurance. I cannot recommend Italian and especially Alba enough.
