The great thing about IStorage, besides it's massive size, is its INTERNAL ACCESS!! All units are located INDOORS, and can easily reach them by elevators. But expect RATE INCREASES, once you've signed the contract. But the staff is GREAT! Johnny, Erica and Addy are always available to assist and accomodate!
Went in today and Addy handled my issue very well and promptly she was very pleasant and I was pleased with my service! Thanks again!
Jhonnie has been amazing and very helpful. He was very acknowledged and answered my question precisely.
The absolute best customer service ever, I had a situation and they handled it with complete care ! 10/10 would recommend!
